Warthog's headquarters and factory are located in George on the famous Garden Route in South Africa. The factory covers an area of 1000m² and employs 25 people with modern machinery and equipment.

The manufacture of Warthog knife sharpeners involves a process that includes plastic and zinc injection moulding, diamond coating, assembly, packaging and shipping of the products.
